Dear Smokers,
As you know, not everyone is like you. I mean not everyone smokes like you do. I’m asking you to have a courtesy toward us, the non-smokers. I’m kindly asking you not to smoke inside a bus stop, or stand very close to us who sit quietly at the bus stop. We do not bother you, but you! You stand right next to us, light your cigarette, and blow the smoke right onto our face. Please stop suffocate us!
First, we do not want to be a secondhand smoker. If you want to get lung cancer, it is absolutely your choice. However, please do not tag us along, too. We, the nonsmokers, still want to live healthy. Some people need to take 3-4 buses/day to commute, yet they have to inhale the smoke you blow whenever you are smoking right next to us.
Second, we understand that it is your right to smoke, just like we do ours by not smoking. If you want to smoke so badly, please stand as far as possible from us. You can make healthy people becoming sick with your cigarette. Moreover, I bet you know that you are actually PROBIHITED to smoke at certain public places, including BUS STOP.
Finally, let me ask you something. You do have a brain, don’t you? Is your brain too small that makes you unaware of other people’s feeling and health, or you’re just too fucking ignorant. We hate it when we come home from school or work, we have to smell cigarette on our face, body, coat, and hair. I think you are getting uncontrollable.
To smokers who live with other people,
I would like to beg to have some courtesy, too. When you smoke, please make sure your smoke won’t wander off to your neighbor. Just so you know, I have started having chest pain just for inhaling your cigarette smoke three-four times a day. Just put yourself in my shoes. Would you like coming home and finding out that your room smells like cigarette, in fact, VERY STRONG cigarette smell. Would you like to inhale strong cigarette smokes while you’re sleeping?
Oh my dear smokers,
We feel sorry for you for ruining your heart and lungs, but you are free to kill yourself by smoking, but please please please be considerate to us, the nonsmokers. WE WOULD NOT LIKE BEING SECOND HAND SMOKERS.
Thank you,
Bubba
